Purchase Conditions

  • The buyer will pay the price of ServeUp and delivery. Delivery prices are quoted separately for Europe and other countries.
  • Goods will be shipped within 5 business days of full payment.
  • If any online order is cancelled, a credit card refund fee will be charged.
  • If the package is broken or the simulator is damaged, the buyer will file a claim for faulty goods against the carrier.
  • We will supply everything you need to keep your simulator in good working order.
ServeUp Return Conditions

  • All claims will be filed within 14 days of the simulator delivery.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with the goods purchased and desire to return the same, please contact us in advance by phone +33 (0) 6 34 69 30 72 or e-mail serveup3@gmail.com.
  • Your complaint or return request will be processed within three business days.
  • The decision taken will be communicated to you by phone or e-mail during this time. If our employee approves the return, please return the unused goods in their original package with a payment slip within 10 days.
  • Please note that you will be required to pay all costs for return of the goods.
  • Damaged simulator or simulator with missing or used parts or without proof of payment may not be returned.
