Enhances hand pronation at the end of hitting.
Stabilises the biomechanics of shoulder joint, hand and arm during racket acceleration.
Increases hitting power, ball speed and target accuracy in the service box.
Develops muscle and muscle memory of the serving hand.
My coach and I formulated my path, which brought me results.

Some of the things we did were very simple.

My coach Robert would open the racquet case (it was just a soft vinyl case with a zipper that covered the racket head all the way to the neck), put the keys in it and close it back on the racket head. (Robert always had about forty keys, so his key ring was as serious as an anvil.)

Then I practiced my forehand with a weighted racquet. It was hard for a little kid, but they really improved my hit and taught me how to control the ball.
From the book of outstanding tennis player
A Champion's mind
Lessons from a life in tennis.
Pete Sampras
During short-term training with a weighted racket, in order to increase the load on the muscles, the speed of contraction of the muscle fiber adapts to a racket with a large weight. Further, after removing the weights and continuing to play with a regular racket, the tennis player immediately feels that it is easier for him to control the racket and hit the ball. Reduced weight load helps to increase the speed of muscle contraction and the development of explosive impulses in the shoulder joint, arm and hand. Due to this, the speed of impact and ball control increases.

Such training makes it possible to increase the power of the shot and achieve great success in serving, with forehand, backhand and volleys.

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor - M. Gazimiev.
A moderate increase in racket weight during training is important.
Specialists, together with tennis and fitness trainers and with the participation of a doctor of medical sciences, after an in-depth analysis invented special weights for tennis rackets, which had never existed in the world before.
Easy to put on and take off the racket rim
The weights hold tight
For tennis players over 7 years old
Train effectively even if you don't have a trainer
7+
For balance, weights are hung on the racket rim on both sides, in equal quantities, symmetrically opposite each other.
Features of weights
2 weights - 40 grams
4 weights - 80 grams
6 weights - 120 grams
weights - 160 grams
10 weights - 200 grams or more.
The weight of each weight is 20 grams
Easy to put on and take off the racket rim.

Weights hold tightly and do not move or fly off.

They do not cover the striking string area of the racket and do not interfere with hitting the ball when training and playing tennis, as was the case with Pete Sampras.

No special knowledge is required to use.

Designed for tennis players aged 10 years and older.

Children from 7 to 10 years old, depending on their physical development, can use 40 gram weights for a short time, very carefully, only after consultation and under the supervision of a trainer.

Recommended weight for increasing racket weight according to age
The training methodology is ready. Improve!
When selecting the weight of the racket and determining the number of shots and sets, you need to start small (especially for children and teenagers) and gradually increase the weight as the muscles develop.
Children from 7 to 10 years old, depending on their physical development, can use 40 gram weights for a short time, very carefully, only after consultation and under the supervision of a trainer.
Attention!
For tennis players, it is advisable to first consult with your tennis or fitness coach,
on the issues of selecting weights for weighting the racket and training features.
from 10 to 12 years - 40 grams
from 12 to 15 years - 40, 80 grams
from 15 to 18 years - 40, 80, 120 grams
18 and more - 40, 80, 120, 160 grams
Beginners - 1-2 sets per day.
Play each set for 3-5 minutes or during training, hit the ball 20-30 times. Strikes must be made on the forehand, the backhand, the volleys, or serve, depending on what kind of stroke the tennis player wants to develop.
The muscles developed help prevent typical injuries caused by right/left hitting not only by serving.
Professional tennis players, taking into account their individual physical characteristics, with a coach, or at their own discretion, determine the number or duration of exercises with weighted rackets and sets to develop the power of impact when hitting a serve, forehand, backhand or volley.

When training with a weighted racket, the following occurs:
Replaces all ineffective items previously used
  • Physical development - explosive, speed and strength abilities of the muscles of the shoulder girdle, arms and hands.

  • Development of consistent, coordinated biomechanical processes when accelerating the racket to correctly hit the ball.

  • Development of muscle memory and bringing strikes to automaticity.

  • Mastering the technique of striking.

  • Increasing the speed of balls and the percentage of hits in the court.

  • The muscles of the arms, hands and shoulder girdle are strengthened to such an extent that it helps prevent or reduce typical injuries received when hitting the ball from prolonged training, or received accidentally while playing tennis.

There is no doubt that when using weights for a racket, a tennis player will quickly reach a high professional level of playing tennis than by training only with a regular racket.
Until now, there has not been a single sports product, either individually or taken together, that could be used to obtain the results listed above.
